Bobby Stover is the EY Americas Family Enterprise and Family Office Leader. His primary focus is to support family legacy by advising family businesses, their owners and family members on how to protect, grow and improve their family enterprise, while in turn dealing with the complex issues of business succession and governance. He has extensive experience in expanding the family enterprise and the setup and structure of family offices and philanthropic structures. Bobby has over 27 years of experience serving family enterprises, specifically helping to resolve the personal, transitional and tax challenges they face.
Bobby is a regular instructor and speaker at seminars on business succession and wealth transfer issues throughout the U.S., Latin America and Canada, and he is a regular contributor to publications such as Family Business Magazine, Family Office Magazine and Trusts & Estates magazine. Bobby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management and is a certified public accountant in New Mexico and Texas.

Carla S. Mashinski is the chief financial and administrative officer for Cameron LNG. She also serves as an independent board member of the construction company Primoris Services Corporation. She was recognized by WomenInc. as one of the 2019 Most Influential Corporate Board Directors; in 2020 she was recognized as one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Oil and Gas from the National Diversity Council, as well as receiving a 2020 Breakthrough Award from the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
Carla earned an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas and a B.S. in accounting with high honors from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is a certified public accountant in the state of Texas, a certified management accountant and a project management professional (PMP). She is National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Directorship Certified™ and has a COSO Enterprise Risk Management Certification, as well as a CERT Certification in Cybersecurity Oversight, issued by Software Engineering Institute of Carnegie Mellon University and NACD.

Christa Steele shares her experiences as a former CEO and as a member of for-profit and nonprofit boards. She is a board-qualified financial expert and known for her governance expertise. Christa has served as chairman of the board and as chair or member of the audit, compensation, finance, governance, nominating and special committees. Her experience includes a wide range of industries, governance structures, company sizes, stages of development and geographic footprint. Christa has experienced two successful business exits, commanding premiums to market as a CEO and as partner and board director. She has a deep knowledge of financial services and emerging technologies, including direct involvement in big data, artificial intelligence and blockchain technology integration initiatives.
Christa is a nationally recognized speaker, thought leader and guest lecturer. She earned an MBA from the University of Southern California and a B.A. from California State University Sacramento. She is a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Board Leadership Fellow and serves as Vice Chairman of the NACD Northern California chapter.
