We facilitate college attendance and retention by partnering with community organizations throughout the Greater Knoxville Area.
The Office of Diversity & Community Relations works with a number of corporate partners who support a diverse and inclusive business community at the collegiate level and beyond.
The purpose of the virtual professional development trip is to expose Haslam College of Business students to various industries, careers, and the professional environment. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to expand their career passion and purpose, practice networking skills, and learn different pathways to success.
Please note the Office of Diversity & Community Relations plans to provide dinner to those students accepted to participate! Accepted students will also earn free swag!

BETS is a 12-day residential program for high school students. Now in its tenth year, the program has served as a talent pipeline for the Haslam College of Business and boasts a number of success stories.
Our hope is that every individual member of our community can say “I belong at UT.” For this to happen, each of us must believe that we matter—that our stories matter, that our words matter, and that we each matter at UT. We must feel comfortable being here and being ourselves.
